Shipping from the UK to the European Union is simple. Here are the answers to the most common questions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery to EU countries usually takes 5–9 working days with Evri International Standard, tracked from door to door.
How much is delivery?
The price depends on your country and the weight of your order – from £16.99 for parcels up to 1 kg, with full parcel cover included. See prices for your country.
Will I pay import VAT or customs fees?
Parcels are sent from the UK, so your country may charge import VAT or a handling fee on delivery. These charges are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes – you can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery. Opened liquid products cannot be returned unless faulty. Read the full policy.
