LGND Vivendi Alus™

Legend Vivendi Alus™ opticlear water treatment contains specific elements to bind 95% of the pollutant particles in the aquarium within 1-2 hours. It is an effective treatment against cloudy water and will help to provide crystal-clear aquarium water.

Adding Legend Vivendi Alus™ to the water, you will see a cloudy haze begin to form. This is normal and means that Legend Vivendi Alus™ is beginning to work. The water is filled with tiny pieces of floating matter that were not visible to the naked eye. Legend Vivendi Alus™ makes those pieces of matter begin to clump together. As they clump together they form larger pieces of matter that are now visible, hence the cloudiness. Once this matter has clumped together, it is a simple matter of mechanical filtration to remove the residue. Matter that was once too small to get caught in filter media is now in large enough clumps.

This product also helps fish to create a protective mucous membrane which can help to prevent possible disease. Harmless to fish, water plants and nitrifying bacteria.

In order for Vivendi Alus™ to work effectively, you should have a filter with mechanical filtration (e.g., filter floss) connected to your aquarium.

Available volumes: 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, 5 L.

Dosage

5 mL of Legend Vivendi Alus™ / 200 litres of aquarium water.

Use guidance

Legend Vivendi Alus™ Use 5 mL for each 200 L (50 US gallons) of new water. For smaller volumes, please note each cap thread is approximately 1 mL. May be added to aquarium directly, but better if added to new water first. If adding directly to aquarium, base dose on aquarium volume. Sulfur odor is normal. For exceptionally high chloramine concentrations, a double dose may be used safely. To detoxify nitrite in an emergency, up to 5 times normal dose may be used. If temperature is > 30 °C (86 °F) and chlorine or ammonia levels are low, use a half dose.

Dechlorinates & Dechloraminates: Instantly neutralizes chlorine and chloramine from tap water.

Ammonia/Nitrite Detoxifier: Binds ammonia and nitrite into a non-toxic form that fish can't use, but beneficial bacteria can still consume, aiding the nitrogen cycle.

Heavy Metal Removal: Detoxifies heavy metals like copper and zinc present in tap water.

Biofilter Support: Helps the biological filter work efficiently by making toxins manageable.

Stress Reduction: Lowers stress for aquatic life during water changes and tank cycling.

Non-Acidic: Won't affect pH levels and won't over-activate protein skimmers in saltwater tanks.

When to Use It:

Water Changes: Add to new water before adding it to the tank.

Tank Cycling: Alleviates toxicity from ammonia and nitrite spikes.

New Tank Setup: For initial water conditioning.

Emergency Situations: For sudden ammonia or nitrite issues.

Protect from frost and heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Storage: At room temperature. Protect from frost and heat.
